Warranty Policy
The warranty duration spans 30 days from the moment the customer receives their PC, as determined by the tracking information provided by the shipping courier. Within this warranty period, all the original components in your system are covered by our warranty services.
You will never incur charges for labor in repairs or for phone support throughout the entire lifespan of your system.
If, within the initial 30 days after receiving your system, you come across a hardware issue covered by the warranty, we will cover the ground shipping costs within the United States associated with resolving the problem. However, after this initial 30-day period, customers are responsible for ground shipping costs related to repairs or replacements. It's important to note that this provision does not extend to orders shipped overseas. For orders shipped outside the USA, customers are accountable for both return shipping costs and the expenses associated with shipping the repaired PC back to them.
When required, we will utilize virtual on-site and remote diagnostic software to address and resolve issues remotely whenever possible.
Even after the SIKPCS LLC warranty period has expired for your system, certain individual components inside your PC may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will make every effort to assist you in connecting with the respective manufacturers to avail yourself of their warranty coverage, especially if you choose to handle repairs independently.
Moreover, SIKPCS LLC disclaims responsibility for any damages arising from internal or external equipment, shorted connections, or components not installed or acquired from SIKPCS LLC. The company is not liable for damages to components or data loss caused by products, whether under normal or abnormal use, including those obtained from SIKPCS LLC. No replacement, repair, or refund will be provided by SIKPCS LLC if an item or component's serial number does not match the original sale. Shipping costs to SIKPCS LLC beyond the initial 30 days, if an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required, are the customer's responsibility. SIKPCS LLC will cover the return US ground shipping to the customer once a repair is completed under warranty. Customers outside the US are responsible for all shipping costs to and from SIKPCS LLC. The limited warranty excludes damages or defects caused by shipping (other than the original shipment from SIKPCS LLC), improper installation, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repair, adjustments, or excessive electrical power. It also does not cover wear and tear. In case of a repair or replacement, defective merchandise will be replaced with a similar item upon return of the faulty merchandise.
The aforementioned 30-day SIKPCs warranty period can be extended to 1, 2, or 3 years respectively by purchasing an extended warranty at the time a PC is purchased or at any time within the original 30-day warranty period.
Return Policy
SIKPCS LLC provides a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receiving your order. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return a SIKPCS LLC product within 30 days of receipt, based on the carrier's tracking number for the delivery date. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products. All systems must be returned in their original factory configuration. Regardless of the reason for return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To avoid additional fees, all returned merchandise must include its original packaging, accessories, and manuals. The 30-day money-back guarantee is applicable only to products directly sold by SIKPCS LLC. Orders exceeding $5000 and financed orders are not eligible for return. Prior to returning merchandise, customers must contact SIKPCS LLC customer support for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled at any point until they are shipped or commence the building process for custom PCs. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped or built, it is treated as a return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee according to our return policy. Even if an order is not yet in production, cancellations on processed orders incur a 5% service charge. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for delays affecting your order outside of cancellations. To cancel an order, you must contact a SIKPCS LLC representative via phone or email. The cancellation and refund are finalized only after confirmation from a SIKPCS LLC representative through phone or email.
