5–10 business days from consultation to delivery for new setups. Existing PC tune-ups often complete within 2–5 business days.

Free with your consultation. We identify the issue and agree on a plan before any bench work starts.
Deep clean and thermal service
Dust removal, fresh thermal paste, fan curve tuning, and airflow check — desktops and many laptops.
Tune-up and cleanup
Bloatware removal, updates, startup optimization, and a full health check so your PC runs like new.
Upgrade consultation
Not sure if you need more RAM, storage, or a new GPU? I advise on what is worth upgrading and can source parts if needed.
Scheduled visits: $75/hr (24+ hr notice). Emergency remote: $25 + $25/hr. Emergency in-person: $50 call-out + $50/hr.

Do I buy the PC from Micro Center myself?
No. I source the right pre-built for you at Micro Center's price — passed through with no markup on the hardware.
What does the protection plan cover?
Protection plans cover labor for covered service issues during the plan term. Hardware stays on the manufacturer warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, theft, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
How is delivery mileage calculated?
Mileage is calculated from Port Jervis, NY to your service address at $2.12 per mile, billed on your final invoice.
Do you service laptops and existing builds?
Yes. Tune-ups, cleanups, diagnostics, and many repairs are available for desktops and laptops you already own.
What if I'm outside the service area?
Ask anyway. Remote support may still be an option, and I can discuss travel for in-person work on a case-by-case basis.
When do I pay?
A deposit may be required before PC pickup or bench work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
